- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage (but not required)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or energy-related industry.
- Strong ability to identify leads, develop relationships, and close deals.
- Must understand solar technologies (solar panels, inverters, battery storage, etc.), installation processes, and maintenance.
- Ability to communicate complex solar concepts to non-technical customers
- Ability to present solutions effectively, both in-person and virtually, using presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the benefits of solar energy systems and answer client questions.
- Effective in managing multiple leads and accounts simultaneously while meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales in a competitive market.
