SALES EXECUTIVE
Duties & Responsibilities
- Builds rapport and assists walk-in and online customers
- Provides detailed motorcycle product presentations
- Guides customers through the sales process, including trade-in appraisals, documentation, and financing options.
- Contacts potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person.
- Conducts "walk-around" bike presentation to customer.
- Conducts test ride with prospective customer.
- Prepares the documents and coordinates with other departments for bike release and delivery.
- Secures complete documentation and necessary requirements from customer (e.g. forms, valid IDs, etc.) for Insurance and LTO registration of bikes.
- Encodes and updates the SAP Customer Entries for new Customer/ Opportunities/Sales data entries.
- Attends T.O.M. (Test Our Metal) caravan.
- Monitors H-DNET / HDU Online Trainings for better understanding and enhancement of knowledge as dealership partner.
- Monitors the HDU Training portal that are required activities for the dealership status in HD-Davao
Qualifications
- College level
- Prior experience in retail/automotive sales, experience in big bikes sales preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
