Overview:
Drive revenue growth by leading the sales strategy, managing sales and distributor management, and expanding distribution channels for premium beauty products. Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and enhance brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Manage key accounts (retailers, e-commerce, distributors) and foster partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with brand campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in beauty/cosmetics.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Passion for beauty trends and customer preferences.
