The Sales & Lead Generation Associate will play a key role in sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing investor leads for the Avista Fund. This individual will actively identify potential accredited investors, engage with them through calls, emails, and work closely with leadership to guide prospects through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new leads through outbound outreach, online research, investor platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads to determine accreditation status, interest level, and suitability for the fund’s offerings.
- Conduct discovery calls to present Avista Fund's strategy, track record, and current offerings.
- Schedule meetings for the Managing Partner with qualified investor prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently and effectively with potential investors through calls and automated email sequences.
- Represent Avista Fund professionally and knowledgeably in all communications.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or investor relations — ideally within real estate, private equity, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — clear, persuasive, and professional.
- Confidence in speaking with high-net-worth individuals and decision-makers.
- Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of investment principles, particularly real estate syndications or private placement offerings, is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools is preferred.
