Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our solar sales team. The ideal candidate has solid sales experience, great leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the sales team
- Set and meet sales targets
- Build client relationships
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Work with technical teams for smooth project delivery
- Analyze market trends and report performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in sales (solar or construction preferred)
- Experience managing a sales team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of solar energy is a plus
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
