We’re Hiring: Hotel Sales Manager – Boracay
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Boracay. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the hotel’s client base.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to create effective promotions and campaigns.
- Oversee group bookings, events, and corporate accounts.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.
- Represent the hotel in trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related course.
- With at least 3–5 years hotel/resort sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
