JOB SUMMARY: The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, pursuing, and signing dealers from target industries and key markets. They will also develop sales strategies and implement them with cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Lead account management and business development efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and business owners of prospective dealers
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to prospective leads
- Lead negotiations, margin discussions, and identify win-win solutions for the company and the dealers
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies
- Work closely with other teams to ensure high level of service to dealers
- Ensure that the sales team and dealers are advised properly of pricing policies, promotions, and SOPs
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management to data-informed business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, ideally in lifestyle, consumer electronics, or hardware industry
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business, marketing, or engineering
- Highly analytical and has strong business acumen
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools
