Marketing Functions
- Develops and implements marketing strategies.
- Manages campaigns and analyzes market trends to promote products or services.
- Work with other departments to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand awareness.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, etc.).
Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Content Creation: Developing marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and social media posts.
Event Management: Organizing and participating in promotional events and activities for Loan Advisors and Loan Agencies and other activities.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using key metrics and reporting on results.
Budget Management: Collaborating with managers to prepare and monitor marketing budgets.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal teams (sales, product development) and external vendors (agencies, media partners).
