Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing Management or any business-related courses.
- Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in real estate and hospitality industries.
Job Description:
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact between Sales Heads/Brokers and the company.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales requests, service provided, and delivery status.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by performing additional tasks as be assigned.
- Provide logistical support for project briefings, training, and site orientations for new brokers and agents.
- Maintain and up-to-date information on seller/brokers inventory, price lists, and promotions.
- Address inquiries and concerns from sellers/brokers in a timely and professional manner.
- Equip brokers and Broker Managers with essential presentation materials (hard copy and digital) to facilitate successful project promotion.
