Major Role:
Sales Officer is responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads and quotations for Matimco clients as provided in the HoW prospecting plan
- Provide courteous, professional, and prompt service as provided in the HoW service plan
- Achieve the assigned sales target
- Welcome and assist customers on field or in store
- Responsible for obtaining accurate customer information and requirements
- Document and coordinate customer requirements with all departments concerned from initial order, payment, sales fulfillment and delivery, up to after sales service
- Assist in the resolution of customer concerns and complaints, as needed
- Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the selling area as well as the proper display of flyers, brochures and other relevant materials
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in BSBA in Marketing, Operations Management, Financial Management or any related field of study.
- At least 1-3 years work experience in Retail & Field Sales.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment
- Excellent planning, organising, coordinating, reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high results
- Advanced analytical, conceptual skills
Working Conditions
- Willing to work onsite at Houses of Wood ANTIPOLO & THE FORT
- Willing to do field work
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with all levels in the organization, with experience working in a virtual team and matrix organizational environment
