Is currently looking for a SALES OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate accounts and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
- Handle transactions, inquiries, and issues related to Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring timely resolution and efficient coordination.
- Conduct regular sales reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Meet with potential clients to promote the hotel’s services, facilities, and packages, contributing to increased bookings and revenue.
- Support the management in achieving occupancy targets and overall revenue goals.
- Coordinate with various departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold service excellence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver.
