Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of Agents: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Orientation: Conduct basic and scripted onboarding orientations for new agents
- Job Posting via Online: Required to have CANVA skills and must be knowledgeable in Facebook Page Management and Creation
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highschool graduate may apply
- Must be willing to undergo training and take a certification exam (free)
- Must residing in Bohol or Cebu.
Note this is a commission and performance-based position.
