Job Overview:
The Sales Relationship Officer is a dynamic and detail-oriented role focused on achieving ambitious sales targets through effective partner management and efficient loan processing. The officer is responsible for driving revenue by meeting booking goals, expanding the network of Loan Consultants (LCs), and ensuring a high volume of loan applications are processed monthly. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and compliance, including conducting meticulous credit investigations, minimizing audit findings, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass the monthly booking attainment target through proactive sales activities.
- Manage the partner channel by recruiting new Loan Consultants and ensuring a consistent number of active partners monthly to drive referrals.
- Efficiently process a target number of loan applications each month, ensuring a smooth and timely workflow from application to funding.
- Conduct thorough and precise credit investigations (CI) to ensure the authenticity of borrowers and documents, with a zero-tolerance for fraud.
- Uphold strict adherence to company policies and procedures to minimize CRD (Credit and Review Department) audit findings.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the loan portfolio, ensuring the Past Due Level (NPL) remains at or below the 1% target.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and sales partners.
Key Requirements:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or relationship management role, ideally within the financial services, banking, or lending industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and operational targets.
- Experience in managing sales partners or agent networks is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Unquestionable integrity and a solid understanding of credit risk and compliance principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
