Job Summary:
A ROPA (Real and Other Properties Acquired) Sales Officer's job involves selling foreclosed properties (ROPA) owned by a bank or financial institution. This includes managing the sales process, from marketing and promotion to closing deals, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling ROPA Properties:
The core function is to sell the bank's foreclosed properties by preparing sales proposals, setting selling prices, and conducting sales activities.
- Marketing and Promotion:
Implementing sales and marketing programs, including identifying potential buyers, and promoting properties through various channels.
- Client Engagement:
Building relationships with potential buyers, addressing their inquiries, and providing support throughout the sales process.
- Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets for ROPA properties.
- Compliance:
Ensuring all sales activities comply with bank policies and relevant regulations.
- Property Management:
In some cases, assisting with the management of ROPA properties, including monitoring their condition and facilitating necessary repairs.
- Document Management:
Handling the documentation related to ROPA sales, including sales contracts and other required paperwork.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or Undergraduate
- Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in real estate or related fields.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for at least three weeks

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
