Your Responsibilities:
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients (startups, CEOs, CFOs, business owners)
- Present Arcadia’s consulting services professionally and confidently
- Follow up and close warm and cold leads
- Collaborate with leadership to improve pitch and sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience is required (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and highly disciplined
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Familiarity with financial services is a plus, but not required
