About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing prefab housing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting our housing solutions to potential clients, and closing sales to support the company’s growth in the construction and real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell prefab housing products and services to prospective clients
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers
- Conduct product presentations, site tours, and client meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and necessary documentation
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience (construction, real estate, or housing industry is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel and conduct on-site client visits as needed
- Knowledge of prefab housing/construction products is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
