Handling work orders of the company. The secretary is in charge of running the operations and reports of the assigned transaction under the Supervisor. The secretary should also have the initiative to attend to customers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with the supervisor in the daily operations.
- Support team members for a particular job request.
- Coordinate with customers to address concerns regarding service production/s.
- Monitor status of each request from customers.
- Monitoring stocks for all products.
- Manage timings to meet deadlines.
- Safekeeping and liquidating the production’s revolving fund.
- Delegate service mechanics for each service operation request.
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by upper management.
