- Key Responsibilities Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by brand and SKU.
- Drive volume growth by executing effective sell-in and sell-out activities.
- Account Management
- Manage and grow existing accounts; maintain good distributor relationships.
- Regular trade visits to monitor account performance and address concerns.
- Territory Development
- Identify and develop new customer accounts.
- Optimize route plan for efficient coverage of all key outlets.
- Promotions Brand Execution: Implement brand activations, merchandising, and trade programs.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market feedback.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure pricing compliance in coordination with the distributor and finance teams.
- Submit timely reports(e.g. daily sales call reports ,weekly summaries, route plans)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
