Position Title: Distributor Sales Representative Location: Lower Pampanga (Field-based) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Distributor Sales Representative to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit all assigned accounts once a week, build strong customer relationships, secure orders, collect payments, and support the overall sales growth in Lower Pampanga. The ideal candidate is familiar with the area, has strong interpersonal skills, and is committed to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned accounts weekly to take orders and ensure product availability. Collect payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and decision-makers. Monitor customer inventory levels and suggest appropriate restocking. Communicate promos, new products, and updates to customers. Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer feedback. Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients. Submit daily and weekly reports to management. Qualifications: High school or college graduate Previous sales or field experience is a strong advantage Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (at least Non-Pro 1 & 2) Must be familiar with Lower Pampanga (Lubao, Guagua, Sasmuan, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Trustworthy, goal-oriented, and organized Able to work independently and manage time effectively Other Details: A 2-wheeled service unit (motorcycle) will be provided Fuel and maintenance allowance included Performance-based incentives available
