JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales & Retail Market Officer is responsible for expanding Laguna Fresh’s presence in local retail markets and boosting overall sales performance. This role involves securing product placements in key retail outlets, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring proper merchandising. In addition, the officer will manage and monitor the company’s online sales platform and website to support digital marketing and e-commerce growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail account management, or trade marketing (FMCG or agri-products preferred).
- Knowledge of basic website management and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel for retail visits and sales calls.
