Job Summary:
Manila Creamery is on the lookout for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Service Crew. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service while driving product sales in a dynamic and upbeat gelato shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a high level of hospitality
- Promote and sell gelato and other products to maximize daily sales
- Upsell product combinations and seasonal specials
- Take and process orders accurately through the POS system
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintain food safety standards
- Provide top-notch service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support daily operations including restocking and basic food preparation
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven and service-oriented mindset
- Willing to undergo training – Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work in SM CEBU
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
