About the role
AXA Philippines - Glorious Life is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Specialist to lead and recruit a sales team in Pampanga. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets through effective leadership, strategic planning, and the development of your OWN talented sales professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement data-driven initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
