Sales Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in poultry, meat products, or FMCG.
• Strong background in managing modern trade accounts and field sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willing to travel and work on flexible schedules as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Van Sales Specialists and Live Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and strengthen partnerships with modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, grocery chains, and key retail partners).
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including route planning, product allocation, and timely delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue and market share.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability, quality, and promotional activities.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
