Key Responsibilities:Team Management:
- Supervise and support field sales representatives in their daily operations.
- Monitor performance and provide training, coaching, and motivation to maximize sales productivity.
- Coordinate sales routes, schedules, and territory management.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the paint and hardware market.
- Identify new business opportunities, particularly within hardware stores, construction firms, and industrial clients.
- Visit clients regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage key accounts and ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Promote product knowledge and provide technical advice regarding paint types, application methods, and hardware solutions.
- Gather client feedback for product development and service improvement.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance, and targets for individuals and the team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in field sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role; experience in the paint or hardware industry is strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Knowledge of paint and hardware product lines, applications, and distribution channels.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent travel to client sites and retail locations.
- Flexible working hours depending on field requirements.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
