Duties:
- To lead, coach and train Sales personnel to achieve sales target
- To prepare, facilitate and implement sales program
- To promote good customer service at all times
- To update and submit reports needed by the Management in connection to duties and responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team
- Previous experience in the appliance industry is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
