Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Officer level specialized in Engineering-Electronics/Communication or equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and instructions to the working group about the project, achieving goals, sales quota, and others.
- Will delegate work, oversee progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed;
- Provides lead direction to the team of telecommunications support staff, schedules. Assigned duties;
- Review works upon completion or quality control purposes, assists with the performance evaluations;
- Provides insights, planning, training, motivation and goal setting to the team to reach sales goal;
- Can work do multi-tasking such as answering questions, holding meetings, delegating responsibilities, and acting as a voice encouragement;
- Results driven, sales-oriented. People person and go-getter;
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales goals;
- Motivates employees to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to do better;
- Understand the importance of teamwork and make appropriate recommendations;
- Can work under pressure;
Willing to be assigned in Digos Area

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
