- Must be at least a graduate of vocational course / Preferably college level attainment
- Preferably with experience in sales & marketing
- Preferably knowledgeable in telco services
- Has excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrates verbal communication skills and has the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Customer service oriented
- Willing to work field
- Must have the management skills to work on tight schedules and workaround limited resources
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for selling, promoting products and services to prospective customers in territory assignment.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule with corresponding overriding commission
- Coordinate sales effort with team members such as sales agents and other departments
- Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
- Communicates the benefits of company products in order to drive sales
- Expedite the resolution to customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Enforces discipline
