- Ensure that orders are processed promptly upon receipt via SAP B1 to meet customer expectations and maintain satisfaction
- Double check all order details to minimize errors and prevent issues related to incorrect shipment/deliveries
- Central point of communication with internal and external customers especially regarding any order discrepancies or delays
- Maintain records of each order processed, including timestamps and relevant details.
