RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP IS Retail solutions.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP IS Retail modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP IS Retail solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in SAP IS Retail functionalities.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IS Retail advancements and apply them to enhance business processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP IS Retail Consultant with successful project implementations (at least 1)
- Strong understanding of retail industry processes and SAP IS Retail modules including POSDM (Point of Sale Data Management), POSDTA Point of Sale Transfer & Audit) & CAR (Customer Activity Repository)
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP IS Retail certification is a plus.
- Must have a degree in information technology, business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years in SAP Retail, SAP S4 HANA 2020
- Can work with team NYC, USA and Project Manager in Japan
- Must have a certification N2 or N3 Japanese speaker and good in English
- Must know how to read and write in Japanese
