Job Description:
Main accountabilities
- Support finance users in day-to-day operations regarding usage of SAP S/4HANA and Analysis for Office(AFO) tool
- Configuration of FI modules including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets
- Participate in business requirement gathering and analysis
- Based on user requirements, and inputs from the Business Analysts, develop functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions and work on front end tools
- Documentation and maintenance of operational guides
- Ability to train the users on SAP S/4HANA GL/FA/AP/GR modules
- Work collaboratively with the Testing Centre of Excellence to ensure that the developed solution functions correctly
- Work with technical team, business systems analyst to resolve any issues/defects from the Finance users

Qualifications/Skills
- Business, accounting and/or finance degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry with extensive knowledge of financial analyses and reporting
- Good skills with business processing analysis and documentation
- 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA GL/FA/AP/GR modules
- Experience in working with interfaces with SAP (both SAP and non-SAP environments)
- Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system issues
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate at most levels of the organization
- Strong data analytics skills
- Knowledge of Insurance and/or financial services industry
- Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences and work with business partners as well as infrastructure teams
- Experience in IFRS17 projects and Tableau reporting tool are preferred.
Nice to Have
- SAP Certification: Application Associate (SAP S/4 HANA for Financial Accounting)
- Integration experience with other SAP systems (BW/4 HANA, Ariba, Concur)
- Knowledge or experience with SAP BW AFO reports development and troubleshooting.
