Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a registrar or academic records role (preferably in a school or higher education institution)
- Strong knowledge of student information systems and school record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willing to work in Las Pinas City.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate student records, transcripts, and enrollment data
- Oversee student registration, transfers, and graduation processes
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with departments on academic schedules and reporting
- Provide efficient service to students, parents, and faculty
- Prepare reports and documentation for government and accrediting bodies
