· Supervising the functions and working of the all warehouse workers.
· Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of staff.
· Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures of working.
· Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of same to validate results.
· Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff.
· Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers.
· Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment.

- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.
- Supervise the end to end process of importing and exporting goods, including documentation, custom clearance and logistic.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Check all identification of environmental aspects and impacts.
· Take overall charge in the shipment of KFI Pass Label and the label attached finished goods in absence of the SCM manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Knowledge of the safety and legal documentation processes for handling related warehousing activities.
· Should have excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities.
· Strong motivational skills and effectual team building capabilities.
· Ability to effectively manage time, resolve crises and decision making.
· Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company.
· Bachelor’s or an associate degree in management, administration, bookkeeping, inventory management, supply chain or any related field of study
Experience of about 4 to 5 years in warehousing
- Knowledgeable in importation and exportation process .
