About Us

Our client is a growing scrap metal company dedicated to efficiency, integrity, and long-term success. We are looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor who can take initiative, lead a team, and help build strong relationships with clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate workers to ensure effective performance.
• Plan and organize daily operations to keep workflows efficient.
• Develop and implement company strategies to support growth and long-term success.
• React calmly and quickly in stressful situations, making sound decisions.
• Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
