* Set-up and operate screen printing machines including color alignment and press speed.
* Create and prepare designs for print.
* Clean, maintain and troubleshoot screen printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Inspect printed items for imperfections or mistakes.
* Ensure job deadlines are met and prints are completed on time.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and efficiency.
