Duties and Responsibilities (SEA FREIGHT FORWARDING).
- Frontline contact of Stepan and all other exporters and agent for all sea export forwarding transactions.
- Procure rates both for export and import sea freight forwarding.
- Manage and Co-ordinate all general freight forwarding operation activities.
- Arrange booking for all approved quotation from clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment is critical
- Updates self of Customs or Import policies and regulations, changes thereof; and cascades the same to concerned clients.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCES
- Graduate of any 4yr course preferably Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
- Work as Customer Service Representative related to Forwarding and Shipping line’s.
- Excellent in English language (both oral and written)
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent interpersonal communication with the ability to adapt to and work within a team environment.
- Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience in people/service oriented job preferably on the Logistics Business.
- Able to work flexible hours when required.
- Proficient typing and PC skills required.
- Willing to assigned at MIA ROAD MAYUGA ST., TAMBO PARAÑAQUE
