- Maintains a daily monitoring of available stocks of Seasonal Products and its accessories, pending/advanced orders.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of accessories upon deployment.
- Coordinates with Customer Service section for facilitates and execution on time/in full delivery of Seasonal Products.
- Coordinates with ASM General Trade of the allocation for distributors and monitors serving equivalent to their allocation.
- Maintains a comprehensive report on allocations status per depot/customer/distributors.
