- Responsible in providing clerical and administrative support
- Monitor consumption of supplies and basic stocks
- Prepare corresponding reports
- Manage all highly confidential documentation relating to the department’s function
- Coordinate with store officers and personnel as well as departments on store requirements
- Handling and screening incoming calls and determines what to be prioritized and alerts the personnel concerned accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Background in retail industry is an advantage
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Can operate basic office equipment
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
