Job Description:
The Selling Supervisor is responsible for the category profitability through category building and management on the day to day selling operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Customer service management
-Category building - category sales achievement, safety and sanitation of the category, bad order management
-Timely and accurate implementation of all promotions
-Ensures 100% accuracy of the inventory on the category assignment
-Supervises and monitors performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration.
- With atleast 1 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
