- Supervise daily selling operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
- Monitor and motivate frontliners to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized according to merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train and assist store staff in product knowledge, customer service, and store procedures.
- Check the accuracy of pricing, promotional displays, and product labeling.
- Monitor product expiration dates and coordinate with inventory staff for replenishment or pull-out.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in cash balancing and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, health and safety standards, and proper hygiene.
- Coordinate with the store owner/manager regarding staffing needs, schedules, and inventory concerns.
