Senior Analyst - PDS Application Support

Duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with key operations stakeholders and project managers across various global platforms and accounts.
• Support the Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in daily operational tasks.
• Mentor and guide peers in providing support across multiple platforms, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
• Deliver comprehensive support to end-users through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues, determining the root cause of problems to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of support tickets, documenting issue specifics and resolution steps for future reference and analysis.
• Work closely with system developers to address complex technical challenges and develop solutions for recurring issues, contributing to system improvements.
• Conduct thorough testing of system updates and new releases prior to deployment, ensuring a stable and reliable user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of system applications and enhancing overall productivity.
• Stay informed about the latest system updates, releases, industry trends, and best practices, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate with other support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of system issues, maintaining seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting resources, and knowledge base articles, facilitating self-service support.
• Participate in the development and implementation of system support policies and procedures, contributing to the establishment of standardized and efficient support processes.

Requirements

• Proven interpersonal skills for effectively managing diverse relationships with service providers, client representatives, and JLL stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical and process support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple daily deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel.
• Solid decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze information and make sound judgments.
• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, and fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
