Job Description
About the Role:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of custom business intelligence dashboards tailored to the needs of a top 10 Fortune 500 client’s corporate real estate operations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and document requirements translating them into scalable BI solutions.
- Use active listening, strategic thinking, and storytelling to cut through noise and offer actionable insights.
- Collaborate directly with senior leaders in the U.S. and across global delivery teams, gaining exposure to enterprise-level BI strategy charting a path towards future leadership opportunities.
- Build a high-performing team of BI professionals as the program scales to meet the client’s needs.
About You:
- 10+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, including 5+ years delivering end-to-end BI solutions—from idea intake to dashboard delivery.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and the Microsoft BI stack, with skills in data modeling, transformation, and dashboard design.
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to define needs, prioritize pipelines, and deliver actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Azure Analysis Services (Composite Models), Databricks, SmartSheet, and spatial analytics tools like Google API, ESRI, or Alteryx.
- Background in corporate real estate or CRE outsourcing, and experience applying advanced analytics or data science for business decision-making.
