Job Description
QIMA is a rapidly growing global company which frequently acquires new entities, necessitating robust NetSuite implementations and continuous enhancements in finance processes. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to play a vital role in leading these implementations and driving finance process improvements. This role involves gathering business requirements, preparing project documentation, quality assurance testing, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Implementation:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementations for newly acquired entities, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans to ensure timely and effective execution of NetSuite implementations.
- Finance Enhancement Projects:
- Conduct in-depth requirement analysis to understand the business needs of internal finance stakeholders.
- Provide expert consultation to align NetSuite functionalities with business requirements.
- Customization & Configuration:
- Spearhead the customization and configuration of NetSuite modules to ensure they are tailored to specific business processes and requirements.
- Continuously review and refine NetSuite configurations to optimize system performance.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide continuous support and address any issues or changes required in the NetSuite system.
- Coordinate with NetSuite support to resolve bugs and defects efficiently.
- Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation assets, including functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, quality assurance documentation, and user guides.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, sales, and operations, to ensure aligned objectives and seamless integration of NetSuite functionalities.
- Foster strong communication channels among teams to support collaborative problem-solving and decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct regular reviews of business processes and NetSuite performance to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Propose and implement process improvements that support greater efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of NetSuite and finance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in NetSuite implementations and functional consulting.
- Strong expertise in finance process improvement and optimization.
- Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- NetSuite certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in service, testing, inspection, certification, and/or compliance industry is preferred
