As part of our Program and Project Management team, you’ll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you’ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.

Role accountabilities:
As a Senior Planner, your role accountabilities will include:
Managing small to medium-scale projects or programs, ensuring resources are effectively utilized, and deadlines are met. You will oversee project scopes, budgets, and workloads while providing guidance to junior staff and ensuring quality assurance processes are in place. You will proactively identify and present risks to senior management, collaborate across teams to foster successful project delivery, and provide recommendations to improve processes and systems. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, support their development, and contribute to delivering projects aligned with organizational objectives and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have a BSc Eng, Diploma in PM, or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years of construction experience in consultancy or contracting.
- Working towards a Project Management, Program Management, or similar professional accreditation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ideally proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera 6).
- Experience with program analysis tools (e.g., XER Toolkit, Acumen Fuse) and 4D BIM tools (e.g., Synchro Pro, Navisworks).
- Can build master programs from scratch, including logic links, resource, and cost loading.
- Able to monitor project progress, mitigate delays, and perform forensic delay analysis.
- Experienced across RIBA Stages of Work and preparing Design and Construction Programs.
