Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic and Video Designer to support our communication and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of a cohesive visual identity, promotional materials, and video content aligned with the organization’s brand and objectives. This role requires both creative expertise and technical proficiency to deliver impactful visual assets that meet business and regulatory standards.
- Design and Visual Identity
- Develop a comprehensive framework for visual identity and standards.
- Create promotional and informational graphics such as banners, posters, stickers, illustrations, icons, and other marketing collaterals.
- Design templates for recurring visual communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
- Generate progress reports and other visual deliverables as needed.
- Videography Services
- Conceptualize, develop, and refine video content for change and outreach campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, including:
- Outlining and proposing project tasks and timelines.
- Creating production plans and scripts.
- Designing storyboards and managing shoot schedules.
- Procuring equipment and sourcing voiceover/music.
- Capturing footage, editing, and assembling final videos.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure content accuracy and technical excellence.
- Testing video playback across devices and formats for accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a design-related course.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proven expertise in creating graphics and animations from conceptualization to final output.
- Experience working with technology-oriented briefs is a strong advantage.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial environment.
- Proactive and resourceful in resolving technical and creative issues.
