PART TIME SEO AND MARKETING SPECIALIST

TYPE: PART TIME, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
You will manage our client's social media accounts, plan and schedule content, and craft marketing strategies that leverage blog content, informative information and tours our client sell on their website. You’ll also optimize their Google Business Page, implement SEO techniques, and contribute to boosting search rankings. Your work will focus on generating leads, enhancing engagement, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts that align with the brand’s tone and audience.
- Build a community on our social channels, communicate with users and supplier and create user generated content where possible.
- Must be able to increase engagement and sales conversations and show it in monthly reports.
- Be a leader, we want someone who has their own knowledge and ideas, not just from Google or ChatGPT.
- Collaborate with the content team to repurpose blog content and promote tours on social platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that integrates social media, blog content, and promotions.
- Optimize and manage the brand’s Google Business Page to improve visibility and customer engagement.
- Regularly update the page with fresh posts, images, and key information.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- • 3+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field for an Australian company.
- Experience in Ad Management and using Meta platforms, including Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Must have a strong knowledge in the use of AI Tools, Algorithms, SEO skills and Analytics.
- Experience working in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries is highly desirable.
- Experience managing Google Business Pages.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create video content, editing etc.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with a keen eye for detail and impeccable grammar
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection : Must be 50 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets : The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Web Cam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
