We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and a passion for improving website visibility and user experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases to target.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and images, to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
- Build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in website design and development.
- Assist in the development of SEO strategies for new website launches and redesigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PPC campaigns and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
