- Serves as the point person for all service concerns of the customers.
- Ensure accuracy of information between the customers and the technicians.
- Ensures service transactions are done in a timely and effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Bachelor of Industrial Technology, Major in Automotive
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- High technical acumen.
- Good communicator.
- Computer literate (PDF, Microsoft Word & Excel)
