Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support to business clients across North America (NAMER) and EMEA regions.
- Handle high call volumes in a service desk environment.
- Log and track service desk interactions using ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Computer system architecture
- Operating systems
- General hardware/software problems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School graduate.
- Basic to advanced knowledge in:
- Computer troubleshooting
- Operating systems
- Computer system architecture
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
