QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of any four year course.
2. Has gained 3-5 years solid work experience in the company’s business/industry, and possesses a strong/keen business sense.
3. Have excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledgeable in the use of office based applications, internet, web browsing and on-line services.
5. Possesses a valid non-professional driver’s license.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the Service Operations Department.

- Handles customer concerns if unresolved in the set schedule.

- Ensures team's productivity and achievement of the departmental objectives set periodically.

- Abreast to vehicle industry trends and updates on the tools, equipment, parts and other.
