SERVICE RECEPTIONIST (SR)
The Service Receptionist is responsible in managing the preventive maintenance schedule of the customers. Conducts initial diagnosis on the motorcycle units. Assigns and manages the Job Orders both online reservations and walk in customers to the branch mechanic accordingly.
Educational attainment:
Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree Course.
Experience(s) required and no. of years used:
At least 6 months experience in Customer Service .
